Big Tree Toys, Inc. has cooperated with Guangdong Test Center of Product Quality Supervision (also known as China Guangzhou Electrical Safety Testing Institute, abbr. “CEST”) to form Guangdong Test Center of Product Quality Supervision, East Guangdong Branch. Big Tree Toys, Inc. invests approximately USD1 million in the Testing Center that is located on the fourth floor of Big Tree Toys office building.
The Testing Center jointly invested by Big Tree Toys and state testing institution is equipped with full line of testing instruments and equipments to reflect the requirements of state and international toys safety criteria, including CCC, EN71, EN62115, R&TIE, ROHs, ASTM963, and FCC. CEST issues testing reports and/or certificates for the toys products that have passed the inspection. To ensure the orders placed with Big Tree Toys to meet safety criteria and customer expectation, we utilize services of the Testing Center to provide quality inspection on raw materials, final products and process control at the stages of preproduction and mass production.
The launch of Testing Center is a practice of the mission of Big Tree Toys: We bear the responsibilities of improving Chinese toys quality and maneuver the development of Chinese toys industry.
We have 30 quality control professionals to provide services for our customers. We strictly comply with quality control regulations for preproduction, mass production, and final inspection. On the timely manner, we issue quality control report and keep the pictures for process control and loading. The service package covers production supervision, quality control, shipment, and after-sale services.
